The cost of kitchen renderings is developed using a square foot pricing method and we always provide a fixed price quote prior to the start of any work. We never work with open ended hourly retainers so you will know your exact pricing upfront.
We do charge an hourly rate for revisions, but we will always provide you with an estimate of the time required prior to starting the work. In addition, once pricing has been completed and approved, we conduct a project intake interview and design review to be certain we have all of the information needed to accurately develop detailed plans for your project.
If you currently use AutoCAD and have existing drafting standards CadKitchenPlans.com will match those standards. Floor plans and elevations are charged separately. Upon completion of the drafting/engineering of your project we will transmit the drawings to you in PDF format. Should your AutoCAD drawings require output on a commercial plotter, we will be happy to provide your drawings in plot file format at no additional charge. If you prefer to simply pick up completed renderings at your nearest FedEx/Kinko's we can easily make those arrangements as well.

AutoCAD Pricing:
The floor plan drawing price for AutoCAD renderings is $1.50/sq. ft. Using Figure 1 above, an AutoCAD floor plan of this master bath would cost $268.50 [179 sq.f.t. X $1.50].
The elevation drawing price for AutoCAD drawings is $1.95/sq. ft. The elevation drawing for Figure 2 above would total $204.75 [105 sq.ft. X $1.95].
Suggested electrical floor plans are priced at $1.00/sq. ft.
Wall section drawings showing typical cabinet heights, mounting heights and ceiling height cost $65.00 each.
Molding details are $40.00 each.
3-D AutoCAD And 3D AutoCAD Render Pricing:
All 3-D AutoCAD drawings and renderings are priced on an individual basis per project. Please forward to us the details of your requirements and we will be happy to quickly respond with applicable pricing.
Custom title blocks are also available in AutoCAD and 3-D AutoCAD at a rate of $55.00/sheet. These title blocks include your company logo, address and contact information. The homeowner's name and address, drawing scale, sheet indexing along with all project cabinetry and appliance specifications will also be clearly shown.
CadKitchenPlans.com prefers to produce AutoCAD output only in the form of PDF files or plot files to ensure the quality of the finished product rather than sending AutoCAD drawing files to clients.
Other Pricing Considerations:
Elevations without a defined wall space such as peninsula or island cabinetry are priced by the square foot as well. For example, to draw an island that is 7' long and 3' high, our charge would be based on 21 sq. ft. or $40.95 [21 sq.ft. X $1.95}
1. Drawing Revisions
Drawing revisions for AutoCAD are based on a rate of $50.00 per hour pro rated in quarter hour increments.
2. Multiple Project Discounts
If we receive three or more design projects simultaneously in AutoCAD from the same client, the client will be eligible for a 15% multiple project discount. The total square footage of floor plan area of the projects must be more than 700 sq. ft. Multiple project discounts cannot be used with any other offers and all combined projects must be part of the same payment schedule.
Payment Terms
Our typical terms require a 50% deposit with the order and 50% due when the project is done and ready to transmit. Payments are accepted via Pay Pal. Once we review the field dimensions and we have communicated regarding your exact project needs, we will send via e mail a Pay Pal invoice for the deposit. Payments can be made by credit card, and a Pay Pal account is not necessary. When the work is completed and ready to send, we will forward a final invoice for the balance.
